How to Prepare for Your Photography Session

1. Schedule your session online.

2. Pick your outfits. Choose clothing that makes you feel great and confident. Coordinate outfits from head to toe to prepare for full length poses. Once you arrive at your session, the photographer will recommend a background that compliments your look.

3. Personalize with props. Customize your session with personal props from home. Maybe you have a cherished family heirloom passed down for generations or a favorite accessory. Using personal props is a great way to customize your session, giving your photo memories a personal touch.

What to expect during your studio visit

Studio experience

While in your session, the photographer will guide you through a variety of different poses and looks. The studio experience lasts approximately 30-40 minutes.

 

View and choose your images 

Once your session is complete, you will review your images with the photographer or an index sheet will be emailed to you. You can choose to have jpeg files or make prints. Jpeg files are color corrected and a link emailed to you or jpegs can be placed on a usb drive and picked up at the studio. If you choose to have prints, we will print your images on our inkjet printers for high-quality archival prints. Your photographs will be ready approximately 3-5 days after your visit. For framing and albums, turn around times vary depending on the project and will be determined when the order is placed.
